Strava Profile Roast
Your all-time stats, your recent activities, your bio, your profile photo. All of it, roasted. Pick how mean.
This is the original Roast My Strava. Connect your account and it reads what your followers see: the profile photo, the bio, the all-time run and ride totals, the recent activities with their titles and descriptions, the time of day you actually train versus when you say you do. Then it writes a roast that is specific enough to hurt.
It comes as a single card built for screenshots, which is how most people share it. More than a hundred thousand athletes have done it, and December is when it gets loud.
Choose the heat level, choose miles or kilometers, and get another one whenever you like. Every roast is written fresh.

Questions people ask
What does it see?
Your profile photo, bio, location, all-time and recent totals for runs and rides, and your recent activities with names, descriptions, times, distances and elevation. Nothing your followers cannot already see.
Is this the free Strava Wrapped people mention?
The Year Roasted tool is the one people use in place of Year in Sport. This page roasts your whole profile, any day of the year. Both are free.
Can my friends roast me?
Only if you log in and hand them the phone. Strava only lets the app see the account that connected. Send them the link and let them find out for themselves.
Does it post anything to Strava?
Not unless you ask. There is a button to add the roast to one of your activity descriptions. Otherwise it lives on your screen only.
Why does it feel so accurate?
Because it reads the specifics instead of summarizing them. The 5:40 a.m. run named Morning Run, the ride with more elapsed time than moving time, the bio that mentions a marathon from 2019. That is where the material is.
